CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
All cancellations or amendments must be confirmed in writing and entail:

• loss of 50% of deposit for cancellations or amendments made up to 30 days prior to arrival;
• loss of total deposit for cancellations or amendments requested less than 30 days prior to arrival;
• for cancellations made during the stay or less than 15 days prior to arrival, the total amount due has to be paid;
• the total amount due for the stay has to be paid within 15 days prior to arrival.
